Whartons Garage is an established family business and the majority of the team have worked for the business for many years. With this in mind, we are perfectly placed to be able to provide an excellent service with the personal touch, and without the high prices of the main dealerships.

The newest member of our team, Pollyanna is your first point of contact in our service department. Friendly and efficient, Pollyanna will deal with your enquiries, handle appointments, and will always give you a warm welcome to Whartons.
David (Service Manager, Technician & MOT tester)
Having served his time with a local Vauxhall dealership, David joined Whartons in the 1990’s. With an excellent customer manner, David is happy to go ‘out of his way’ to help ensure you get the best possible customer care here at Whartons.
Mike (Service Technician & MOT tester)
Time-served Ford technician who has a wealth of experience, particularly working on Ford vehicles.
Philip (Head MOT Tester & Service Technician)
Originally ‘serving his time’ with the local ‘Bennett’s Garage’, Phillip joined Whartons in 1984. After initially serving as a technician, Phillip now heads up our MOT department, where he offers a professional service and is happy to help with any MOT queries you may have.
Steven (Service Technician)
Joining Whartons as an apprentice in 1991, Steven is now one of our main technicians when it comes to your Vehicle Servicing requirements. Steven also undertakes repair and replacement works such as clutch and brake repairs and is highly skilled in fabrication-type works.
